Can we bring a group during regular hours?
Parties are always welcome to skate during regular operational hours without booking a private rental. Groups of 10 or more skaters receive a $2 discount per skater when paying together. Hockey equipment is not permitted on the ice during public skate hours.

Does the birthday guest skate for free?
Yes! The birthday skater skates free with their group. Please let our check-in staff know you are celebrating a birthday upon arrival.

Are party rooms available?
No, party rooms are not available at this facility.

Can we play our own music?
No, unfortunately due to our location within The Village at Sunriver we are not able to play any music outside of pre-designated stations.

Private Rentals

Outside Regular (Non-Holiday) Hours
Groups may rent the ice outside of regular, non-holiday operational hours with a minimum of 14 days’ notice.*
Rate: $150 per ice hour, plus the regular per-skater admission rate (personal skate discount is not applicable for private rentals). If skaters wish to also skate during the regular hours before or after their private rental, the regular rates will apply.

During Regular (Non-Holiday) Hours
Groups may rent the ice during regular operational hours (non-holiday only) with a minimum of 21 days’ notice.*
Rate: $400 per ice hour, plus the regular per-skater admission rate (personal skate discount is not applicable for private rentals).

• Private rentals are not available on dates with holiday hours. Please see the Sunriver Ice Skating page for current hours.
• Groups of 50 or more skaters are eligible for a discounted per-person rate during a private rental. Please specify your estimated group size when submitting your request.

*Submission of a rental request does not guarantee approval. Approval is dependent upon existing bookings, weather conditions, and staff availability. Once approved, a $50 per hour deposit is required to reserve the ice. Additional charges may apply for any Zamboni runs requested during your rental. Additional equipment (hockey nets, sticks, pucks, etc.) is not provided; however, you may bring your own for use during your private rental.

Cancellation Policy

• 14 or more days prior to rental: Deposit is fully refundable.

• 8–13 days prior to rental: Reservation may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

• 7 or fewer days prior to rental: Deposit is forfeited. Reservation may be rescheduled for an additional deposit.
